Egg Stop serves up wonderfully hearty egg sandwiches that are in essence, Korean Gilgeori toasts with familiar Western flavours such as their Avocado and Egg sandwich ($7.90). I had their Smoked Chicken sandwich ($5.50), a beautifully buttered toast filled with fluffy scrambled eggs, pulled smoked chicken and Sriracha mayonnaise. The bread was nicely toasted with a simple crisp in the bite and soft throughout. Sweetness from the chicken, a subtle spice from the Sriracha mayonnaise and the creaminess of the scrambled egg all played together harmoniously to create a comforting and all-in-all delicious egg sandwich.
