Created specially by Chef Nakahara who helms Terra for the Niigata Food and Flower Fair in Singapore, this dish is my favourite out of the entire omakase course ($128++) The botan ebi (raw shrimp) was SO FRESH and SO SWEET, oh goodness me. And the purple "things" you see are edible flower petals!! Now I can say that I've eaten a flower before hahaha. It was such a gloriously beautiful dish, the combination of everything you see here, especially with that sauce you see, BLEW MY MIND. πŸ˜‹πŸ‡―πŸ‡΅
