I chosen this Chinese version of honey glaze chicken which is actually a chicken drumstick coated with char siew sauce. It's tender, tasty and huge! It certainly didn't disappoint! Their roast pork is another of their star and it's definitely rank amongst the best! Of course, a meal is never complete without an egg! Haha!
