So I’ve learned that a traditional Hungarian breakfast is basically an open sandwich concept filled with your favourite cold cuts, ranging from salami to prosciutto, top that with some cream cheese and crackled duck skin you’ve made yourself an interesting combination.

And of course, nothing says you’re ready hit the streets of Budapest like taking a shot of Pálinka (Hungarian Fruit Brandy) at 10am in the morning. @fatmamaeatery .
