Topped with speculoos, it makes for an amazing and innovative alternative to chocolate syrup for the star of the show, their amazingly fluffy waffles. Sampled almost all their ice cream; all the waffles and ice cream were freshly made in store, and what impressed was the quality. Standouts include the intense earl grey, creamy alligator peak (avocado), savoury cookie (speculoos), and my personal favourite, the refreshing coconut (bought a tub home). The owners were warm, friendly, and extremely unpretentious; decor industrial and quaint. Free scoop every Wed with every snowflake waffle.
