📌 grilled market fish, adobo, parsley sauce and orange salad

One who hates parsley/ coriander might get a shock when the dish is brought forward but surprisingly the coriander taste isn’t overwhelming. Provided a nice tinge to the fresh but otherwise quite simple tasting fish. Adobo (?) seasoning was a little too light for me.

I would have preferred the placha de mariscos for the seafood dish!
