Not somewhere I thought I would find myself dining at in Waterway Point for my family aren't soup lovers; went for the tzechar dishes and thought it wasn't too bad after all, being above our expectations.

A dish that's great to order and have just by its own, the crispy fish skin is covered in copious amounts of cereal for that buttery fragrance which goes so well with the slightly savoury fish skin. Found ourselves wiping the entire plate clean even of the cereal at the end; pretty unexpected for a restaurant within a mall.
