First time trying Soimay Bandung from @toktoksg 😋 Soimay Bandung is an Indonesian snack of Soimay (steamed fish cake), hard boiled egg, tofu and cabbage in sweet peanut sambal sauce.

The sauce taste like cross between satay sauce and tahu telur sauce. Pretty nice for sharing. But the highlight at @toktoksg is actually their soup and noodles, which my Indonesian friend says is pretty authentic.
