This is the new addition to my Japanese fare list in PJ, one place that keep me going back for its Engawa 🍣! First tried of Engawa was at Oribe and that was really awesome; and today I found a place serving Engawa too! This lightly seared flounder fin has a chewy oil-rich taste and it literally melts in your mouth 😋 do not compare this with the one from Oribe as Oribe uses fresh flounder which gives a more crunchy and crispy texture. The menu here is quite extensive and I think I need a second and third visit soon.
