Highway4 was a place in Hanoi that I went back to twice. Their focus was on uplifting the local brewery scene and all their food were created with alcohol in mind. The corn fried with butter and garlic was a great snack paired with Hanoi Cidery’s Mango Cider. Their cat fish spring rolls with wasabi dip was also perfect with Sonh Tinh’s Rose Apple Ruou. However, their sun dried veal with ant dip was more exciting on paper than real life. They had an extensive menu and had very different items on my two separate dinners there, but only documented one. I would return again solely for the spring rolls and local cider.
