Meet the beautiful salted caramel cheese cake from P. Bistro, a smooth and dense cake with a texture similar to that of an American cheese cake. However, taste wise, this was not as sweet and rich, making it a lighter dessert. The sweet and salty flavors in the cake acted in perfect harmony, each doing its part but none attempting to steal the show. The bottom crust and and macadamia nuts topping added a nice crunch to the overall cake texture. Recommended! :)
