The noodles looked like spaghetti but actually not, they were more chewy and a little more starchy. A very novel bite. I had the Tae Ppong. I could definitely taste the smoky overtone (what local SG people like to call "wok hei"). Overall the flavour profile leaned to sweeter side, and a little nutty. I'm suspecting it's actually inspired by Thailand's Pad Thai dish but I might be wrong. Overall a good experience and I might try other dishes especially when I still have @burpple Beyond 1-for-1 deal.
