If there is one thing that is strongly associated with Vietnamese culture, it has to be the beef pho. Pho seems like an easy dish to make but it's really hard to get it right; the broth has to be tasty, the beef has to be tender, the noodles has to be just right and so on. The verdict is little Vietnam has delivered given how I have been to Vietnam several times both north and south and their version does come close to some of the best pho I have tried. The noodles literally slips off your tongue and the broth compliments it so well. My only ask if that the beef slices could be thinner and softer!
