One of my fav dishes at this buffet was the salted egg chicken but there are so many dishes that are worth trying here and for the price of about $30 it’s so worth it. The head chef is from Penang and even sources his ingredients from there making sure everything is as authentic as possible. The salted egg chicken is slightly sweet but well balanced out with the savory salted egg sauce. The chicken is crispy on the outside but tender on the inside making it so so addictive. The flavor of the curry leaves come through nicely as well.
