Chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The combination of the sauce with the chicken, leek and dried chillies (spicy hot!) was AMAZING – the flavours and textures really worked in harmony. I normally don’t eat leek that much but in this dish, I couldn’t even taste that strong oniony flavour of it as everything was nicely balanced. Highly recommended dish - probably also one of the best #koreanfriedchicken I've had in SG.
