When it comes to soups, we're darn picky, but Joyden's signature sliced grouper fillet soup has won us over. Heartwarmingly comforting, this soup extracts the natural sweetness from the fish—first blanched before flash frying to get that beautiful crisp exterior, combined with pine mushrooms, black fungus and wolfberries in rice wine to birth a well-balanced, robust broth.
