Might look like a dog's dinner, but this breakfast omelette with sausage and peppers drowned in quality olive oil is begging to be mopped up with the pa amb tomaquet bread on the side.

Very amusing to see several customers having a beer with their breakfast too, but when in Spain, do as the locals do, I suppose 🍺
