I was recently introduced to the choux pastries from Kazo, a Taiwanese bakery (where it goes by the name of Nichifu), and have been addicted to it since.

I absolutely love their kazu kazu, a long choux pastry with an almond crust that gives it an extra crunch. The interior is soft and fluffy and filled to the brim with cream only upon order.

They have 3 different flavours - Hokkaido milk, matcha and chocolate. My personal favourite is the Hokkaido milk which is light yet rich and creamy. In fact, it has become a once a week (at least) cheat snack for me!
