Each breakfast set is good for 2 persons. One of the sets was dim sum and included shrimp dumplings, siew mai with black truffle and crab roe, signature steamed rice rolls with spring rolls and 2 cups of hot milk tea. The other set was the toast paradise set that included a signature prawn toast and a golden lava French toast.
I must say that I was really impressed with the dim sum and the toasts. The ingredients used were fresh and they were generous with the meat and prawns. The toast set was delicious too with unique toast flavours that we don’t find in Singapore. The shrimp toast was fried crispy to perfection and the lava French toast was warm and basically oozing with goodness. Only thing we thought was that these deep fried food can be too heavy for breakfast as we aren’t used to having such a heavy breakfast (with so much deep fried food). Yeah it’s real sinful but totally worth all the calories.
Honestly for 3 persons this breakfast (meant for 4 persons) was more than enough. Glad to have ended our trip with such a scrumptious spread for our last breakfast in Hong Kong.
