Hyde & Co launches a new brunch menu this month! A departure from their former British-inspired menu, you can now expect a range of brunch and dessert items. Go for the Speedy Gonzales ($14) — braised pulled pork with housemade BBQ sauce, scrambled eggs and guacamole on a tortilla. Alternatively, get The Big Ben — toasted muffins with sauteed mushrooms, poached eggs and roasted potatoes with your choice of either bacon ($17) or smoked salmon ($21). If you like waffles, Hyde & Co offers them in interesting flavours such as Butterscotch Popcorn ($14) and Affogato ($12).
