This is one of the most delicious pork that I have ever eaten! I am not a fan of the braised red cabbage but the pork is super tender with the right amount of fats such that it melts in the mouth. The caramelised apple and apple jus complements well and gives a tangy touch to the meat. Highly recommended to order this and the best thing is it’s 1 for 1 under Burpple Beyond.
