These are Canadian oysters from Oyster Lah - all these fresh and consistent plump sized shells are first sous vide then carefully grilled and topped with one of the six sauces! Sunshine - paired with a quail egg, I liked this for you can taste the full natural sweetness of the oyster, Chili Crab, Butter Herb, Teriyaki Nori, Thai - the tangy and tingling heat packed in here was very appetising and Garlic Shallot (not in photo).

Oyster Lah is only doing pops up for now, that means 2 more days (till 25th) to catch @oysterlah.sg at Expo Hall 5's Food Fair! A huge thank you to @oysterlah.sg for hosting and @kenpgl for the invite! 🙆🏻
