A bowl of authentic Indonesian-style bakmi served in a bowl with homemade noodles tossed in fragrant oil and seasonings, topped with soy minced pork, fish paste skin, beancurd skin bean roll, chunks of water chestnut and a slice of pumpkin. The noodles are quite similar to kolo mee, prepared al-dente with a springy and firm bite. The addition of water chestnut made it more refreshing with a good crunch.
