the most valuable salmon I've tried so far. it cost me only 10.8 for an impressively delicious salmon experience. it came as a true surprise when I was told the owner has studied, lived and worked in Texas before. No wonder he managed to bring real Western delicacy to a hawker centre. btw, the waiting time could be longer than normal hawker food but definitely shorter than normal Western restaurant food. Specially mention, the owner is really really warm and welcome. That's also the reason why I am willing to wait for the nice food and pay more for my lunch.

oh. btw, the photo is taken after I have finished half of the salmon. the side dish is very special as well. I have no idea how it's made but it is like layers of potatoes with rich taste of cream in between and the aroma of softly cooked garlic slides.
