As you bring the coffee to your mouth, you gets whiff of overpowering sweetness and start to wonder whether it's a bad idea but as the coffee hits your mouth, it's smooth coffee just with a hint of sweetness! The milk is steamed and froth then topped w a little brown sugar. The brown sugar really goes a long way. Coffee academics did a pretty good job in SG, but I'll always love the ambience at their flagship store in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. The woody interior, the lights that are draped along the window, and that little window opening ledge. It allows you to hide away from the hustle & bustle of Hong Kong, but doesn't shut you off completely ☕️
