For me, the highlight of the meal is the Ravioli Alla Fornarina Con Tartufo Nero, handcrafted ravioli with ricotta, black angus beef and egg yolk. The black truffle shavings makes it really enticing and the al dente ravioli blends perfectly well with the luscious egg yolk.
The Villaggio di Bergamo Pizza is a great sharing item for 3 to 4 pax, consisting of wagyu meatballs, mozzarella and basil scattered on a golden-brown thin crust
