Our favourite dish for the night was their grilled pork collar served with spicy 'jaew' sauce.

The pork collar was soft and tender and grilled to perfection. I found it a little gamey for my liking but it is best when paired with the sweet, sour, spicy and tangy jaew sauce, a Thai dipping sauce which originated from Isan, a northeastern region of Thailand. The sauce spices up the grilled pork collar and makes it so much more delectable!
