Just like the pierogis, I would have preferred a slightly thicker and chewier dough. While I was hoping that it was kimchi-based initially, I did like that there wasn’t too much gochujang that could easily overpower the flavours of spinach, tofu, shiitake and pickles. It’s tasty even without the garlic aioli!
