Yellowtail fish has always been my favourite choice of sashimi, and the ones over here did it justice, with it being incredibly fresh. If you like yellowtail as much as I do, just go ahead and order a plate of the fatty yellowtail sashimi instead! $9++ would get you three thick slices of the good stuff.
