[Photo 2/2 ] Finally got a chance to visit this Spanish restaurant that recently opened in May, around the time that dining out was not allowed for a few weeks.

Seafood Paella (2 pax, $38)

Don't be deceived by the large pan thst the seafood paella was served in. I initially thought the two of us would struggle to finish it but the rice was spread rather thinly and was just nice for 2 pax! The prawns were so juicy, sweet, and soft. I thought the mussels and clams were rather average tho they were on the juicy and plump side.

Roasted Australian Cauliflower ($18)

The roasted cauliflower was topped with tahini (made from roasted sesame) and hazelnuts. I enjoyed the difference in texture from the crunchy cauli and hazelnut to the smooth creamy tahini. However, I would have to say I prefer a more roasted cauliflower with a slight charred to it instead of the rather "clean" taste this cauli has.

Will definitely be back to try the other items on the menu! Also, I really enjoyed the cozy ambience of the restaurant - a nice place for a date or catchup with a friend!
