Not for this! The rice was fluffy, the spices were just deadly, and the chicken was fork-pulled tender. But there’s also an x-factor to this #briyani that we can’t put a finger on - is it the love and care that goes into it? Definitely worth the countless failed prior attempts to get hold of this “stolen recipe”. We tried to manage expectations of the people we shared it with, but they too were thoroughly impressed 😌
