Amongst the dishes we ordered, this was the one I found tastiest.
The pork belly was tender, juicy and very flavourful having been marinated in miso and expertly grilled. I quickly realised I wasn’t the only one who was besotted. In fact, the decision to order a second plate was swift and unanimous.
