Opened by brothers of arms, Dylan Ong & Joshua Khoo。We all know Savuer has been in town for quite some time and a good decision was made to branch out the second outlet at The Cathay. Another fine-dine restaurant with fancy food art at an affordable price filled with four different sections on menu.
