the new salted caramel flavour on rotation at brotherbird :”) this is my go to place for dessert, it’s so good regardless of the flavour and nvr ever lets me down.

in general, i don’t fancy caramel at all but this wasn’t too sweet and complemented the salted egg yolk bursts (i have raved enough of this mochi balls they r the best basically HAHA) very well. also the sticky salted caramel drizzle + peanut butter and almond granola added a nice texture and an additional dimension of flavour ~~~ (they also have green apple sorbet as the other choice of flavour if u r not into softserve!!)
