$10 Wagyu Beef Donburi. It consisted of Japanese short-grained rice that was covered with a spicy siracha sauce. Slices of medium rare wagyu roast beef were then arranged on top of the rice. It was topped off with an onsen egg and drenched with sweet onion sauce. There was yogurt sauce made up of yogurt, sesame and Japanese mayo. The beef was lean and had a chewy texture. It was so enjoyable to dip the beef in the egg before eating it. The sauce was really tasty which made me polish off every single grain of rice.
