Have you ever had ice cream with rice 🍦🍚? This unique and strange dish initially had us skeptical but turned out to be palatable and enjoyable. The creaminess of the ice cream went well with the QQ sushi rice, juicy pops of tobiko, and crunchy cucumber.

The fruity melon flavour was sweet and light enough to not overpower the seafood. Mimicked a cold sauce/ gazpacho in pairing with salty and umami lobster salad and ebi, and savory julienned shiso leaves. Creative combination for the adventurous ones, and great for beating the SG heat!
