Chanced upon this minimalist cafe and saw pictures of avocado toasts on the glass panels which prompted me to head in to grab one hearty slice for myself.

It's a simple toast with sliced 🥑, topped with chilli flakes, crushed pepper and sea salt flakes and a good drizzle of olive oil. Simplicity at its best!
