The landscape of Tai Seng is rapidly changing. What used to be a barren industrial area is playing host to an ever growing dining scene. @carol_mel_cafe
is def one of the best cafe's around this area (& the next 😂). I don't like dining at cafes but this was simple food, done well👍

Pros: Cosy & homely ambience. Very good service. Substantial portions. Yummy food which exceeded expectations. Very pretty drinks too 😍
