[One Michelin 🌟] This dish came with crab all deshelled. Kaffir lime is more evident here than in the rendang dishes, and this made a huge difference to the smooth turmeric and galangal curry by lightening it with its zest. I like the plump and fresh crab flesh that is chunky enough for a bite, yet disintegrates effortlessly as soon as you chew on it.
