i rly liked the combination of different cheeses, spinach, and spices! it makes the cheese less jelak and is actl q comforting. the texture of the cheese is q fluffy too. it’s q different from the usual grilled cheese you get so i think it’s worth a try! the sourdough bread did get hard after a while but that’s expected of sourdough
