What pulled the flavours of cod and clams together was actually the creamy garlicky broth with hints of white wine. Although the cod fish could have been more tender and buttery, it still went very well with the stew which was infused with the sweet juice from the clams. Surprisingly, there was also wok hei in the dish which added another layer to the flavour profile.

In this dish, the clams actually took centre stage. The portion of clams was really generous, where I ate more than 20 clams 😂 The freshness of it was undeniable even though I'm not really a clam person.
