This labour day, I chose to have "labour of love" crafted by Chef Tanisha, @tanisha_m . Roasted pumpkin soup, smoky pulled pork quesadillas and Pear almond cake. The roasted pumpkin soup had ginger for a slight spicy feel and no cream added so that it's not heavy on your appetite. Smokey Pulled Pork Quesadillas was super tender and enough cheese for all cheese lovers alike. The Pear cake was a nice end to the meal with a brandy infused vanilla bean cream. 🤤 @tanisha_m will be here till 4pm TODAY. @airshipmonniker new concept allows you to try a brand new menu every weekend. Yes you only have one weekend to catch the guest chef for the weekend! And get to learn about their inspiration and their backgrounds! It's $32 for 2 course (Main + Starter/Dessert + Drink ) or $39 for 3 course (Starter + Main + Dessert + Drink). Oh and did I mention they use Nylon single origin Columbia beans, which is a perfect combination of robusta and arabica for the right level of bitterness vs sourness. Or if you don't drink coffee, they have freshly squeezed orange juice. (How many cafes out there do freshly squeezed juices?!) 🍴
