Very bad customer service experience despite the given situation whereby businesses’ revenues dipped. My Husband and I came across a post circulating on social media recently featuring their grilled lobsters and went all the way down to the Ang Mo Kio stall to try. We couldn’t find it on the menu so we proceed to check with the stall helper. First, he ignored us. So I attempted to ask again to only get a rude response saying that they stopped selling that for a long time. Despite all, we still ordered something off the menu to try. We are very alarmed by the helper’s subsequent responses to our questions. Asked if we can choose the sides, he said with his finger pointing to a fridge “这里有的就有,没有就没有。” I was freaking pissed off at this point. He was not attentive and not listening to us when taking our orders. He was doing other chores and made me repeated my orders twice. I have to call him to get his attention again when my Husband wants to order his mains. Not only that, the salmon and medium rare ribeye we ordered was so hard even eating requires effort. Medium rare hello?? Will never patronise again.
