A mainstay at Sembawang hills food centre, this Chinese version of a wrap has everything I love for a lighter dinner option. Piping hot and thick cuts of yam bean thoroughly infused with the gravy, crunchy vegan bean crisps and fresh crunchy bean sprouts, my only gripe would be that the thinly sliced preserved sausage count has decreased to just -one- slice per roll. Oh my! But it always helps that the lady boss at the stall is always ready with a smile. And because she knows that if I'm packing extra rolls, it's definitely for my grandparents whom she also knows, she'll always make it a point to bring it over to me when she sees that I'm almost done with my meal.
