The Dassai 23 Junmai Daiginjo needs no introduction. It was very smooth and elegant.

Next up was the Raifuku Junmai Daiginjo from Ibaraki prefecture, which was my favourite of the night. Made with Hitachi Nishiki rice and polished until 8%. It was elegant yet bold ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹.

The last sake tasted more like dessert wine. Tamagawa 'Time Machine' Junmai Kimoto. It had a musky, sweet taste. First ever tasting a sweet sake.
