Alta makes their own cheese and I’m in love! Almost scramble egg-like texture, the cheese is delicious from its mild flavours to the light and stringy texture. I think the drizzle of the honey is genius; it helps balance off the salty cheese. It’s served with a side of toasted sourdough.
