Was a sad meal. Despite the rave reviews about stirling steak, it did not live up to its name. I ordered medium rare and was served a well done steak. When I spoke to a service personnel, I was simply informed “Sorry, we are training a new chef today” No further service recovery was attempted. I’d say if you are looking for a cheap steak fix, isteaks anyday!
