Admittedly I haven’t tried many schnitzels, but this might be the best I’ve had – an exuberantly crunchy crust encases a thin sheet of tenderized veal that’s just packed with a robust meatiness. The side salad of potato and cucumber swimming in a creamy mustard sauce was absolutely beautiful and served to balance out the richness of the cutlet as well.
