Sushi Goshin strikes a nice balance between the quality-price dichotomy. For just 80¢ per sushi, we got salmon sashimi shake and torched salmon aburi and hotate slices, all of which tasted incredibly fresh. The aburi salmon was soft and fragrant: smeared with dark, sweet sauce and served with a sprinkle of sesame. Fifth time here but I can still see myself coming back for sushi fixes.
