Was treated to this really good yam cake thanks to @michelin5!! Was also so amused that this stall is so near where I live, but I’ve never noticed it before 😂 The yam cake here was generously packed of yam and I love that it’s not fully mashed up, so you still get some chunky bits here and there - totally unlike the doughy, cakey kind! On the side was a very tasty homemade sambal ikan bilis chilli that went great with the yam cake.
